How ya doing?
We are more than halfway through January!
Boy is the time flying!
How are you doing with the goals you’ve set?
Did you even set goals?
My main goal is to continue to be very active.
It’s just too easy to become a couch potato…especially when it’s dreary and rainy like it’s been here.
That’s why you have to write them out and look at them daily.
To remind yourself what you said you wanted to do.
To remind yourself what you CAN do.
Last week was pretty successful:
I got my 3 lifts in the gym done.
I walked 26 miles (that’s actually pretty low for me)
I took, 2 barre classes
I took one spin class that majorly kicked my ass!
I was sore, tired...and oh so proud of myself! I
I'm going to hit it again this week!
My movement goals this week are:
3 lifts in the gym done
At least 30 minutes of movement every day
At least 10,000 steps every day
Close all of the rings on my watch
At least 10 minutes of stretching or yoga at least 5 days
In addition I am shooting to drink my gallon of water every day.
I feel like I've got this!!
